B. Academic & Performance Records
To provide you with personalized learning analytics and state-wide rank lists, we record your test attempts, question responses, scores, accuracy rates, bookmarks, time taken per question, and seat reservations for scheduled mock tests.
C. Payment & Transaction Information
All digital transactions (subscription purchases for 1 month / 6 months) are processed securely through RBI-authorized payment aggregator Razorpay. We collect order IDs and transaction verification signatures. We NEVER collect, see, or store your sensitive financial data such as credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs.
D. Device & Technical Log Data
When accessing via mobile app or web, our servers may collect device identifiers, operating system version, browser type, IP address, and application crash reports to maintain application security, optimize performance, and prevent cheating.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Account Authentication: To create, manage, and verify your candidate account and prevent duplicate logins.
- Test Delivery & Leaderboard: To compute scores, provide detailed bilingual key answers, and calculate your real-time state ranking.
- In-App Alerts: To send you notifications for upcoming mock tests for which you have reserved a seat.
- Customer Support & System Integrity: To respond to your question error flags, resolve payment issues, and prevent platform misuse.
4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
🛡️ Zero Data Sale Policy: We do NOT sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information to advertisers or external data brokers under any circumstances.
We only share necessary transactional data with trusted service providers who adhere to strict data protection standards:
- Razorpay Software Private Limited: For payment processing and verification under industry-standard PCI-DSS compliance.
- Cloud Hosting Infrastructure: Secure, firewall-protected production servers running in Indian data centers.
- Legal Obligations: We may disclose information only if required by law or a valid government / judicial order.
5. Data Security & Retention
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure:

6. User Rights & Account Deletion
In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and Indian Information Technology Rules, you have the full right to:
- Review and update your profile details directly from the dashboard.
- Request Complete Account & Data Deletion: You can request permanent deletion of your profile, test records, and phone number by emailing us at support@keaexams.in with your registered email ID. Requests are processed within 7 business days.
7. Children's Privacy
Our educational services are intended for adult candidates and higher-education aspirants aged 18 and above who are preparing for government competitive examinations. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
